  • Managing and further developing the Merino stud program
  • Developing and implementing flock health, nutrition and breeding programs
  • Managing water infrastructure, fencing and pasture improvements
  • Overseeing cropping operations in conjunction with owners and contractors
  • Maintaining budgets, records and compliance
  • Supervising and supporting staff and contractors

About You
We’re seeking a highly capable and hands-on manager with:
  • Proven senior-level experience in sheep enterprise management (stud experience highly regarded)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture or a related field (preferred)
  • Chem Cert – essential
  • HR licence – desirable
  • Firearms licence – desirable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent planning and prioritisation ability
  • Sound knowledge of pasture management, livestock production and farm business operations
  • Practical skills in fencing, water infrastructure and machinery operation
  • A proactive and positive approach

Salary & Benefits
  • $100,000 – $120,000 plus super and additional benefits
  • Four-bedroom family home on the property
  • Long-term opportunity to grow with the business
